Amazing location. You could tell the building is quite old (common for Europe) but they dressed it up well. It was furnished well, clean and had character. Staff were helpful. Rooms were small but as expected and still enough space for us with 2 big suitcases. Great value for money in what is otherwise a fairly costly part of Europe.

Beautiful hotel located in the middle of the city center. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The parking is 18€. Don’t forget to ask the code before arriving so they can send you the code to enter the parking BEFORE checking in. This saves time and money. Room is really beautiful and clean. Large bed and enough space for a short stay.

A well-located hotel, with proximity to public transport, and numerous cafes, attractions and shops, which meant that even 'staying local' and walking around the neighbourhood was a pleasure. The staff were very welcoming and helpful.

The staff are the jewel of this hotel. World class hospitality and rapid check in even with me arriving at night...took 5 minutes. The room I had has a view on the main street and coffee which made it very Bordeaux like experience. It has the necessary and the bed was comfy that I overslept but they woke me up and allowed me to stay an extra 46 minutes without charging me. I have made a mistake in booking and the lady at the desk was so nice and comprehensive and with the manager they sorted my issue in like 10 minutes. The most important thing free Arabic coffee unlimited and Water at the reception. This was a great experience for me and definitely going back. Thank you again for the night and the morning staff, your way of treating customers will make me always come again
